Ingredients:
- 1/2 heads, Garlic
- Pinch of Cilantro
- 1 dash, Thyme
- 1 count, Tomatoes
- 3 cups, Water
- Salt , to taste
- 2 dashes, Salt
- 1 dash, Vegetable stock
- Cumin , to taste
- 1 dash, Turmeric
- 1/2 counts, Onions
- 1 dash, Cinnamon
- 2 cups, Rice
- 1 dash, Paprika
- 1 dash, Curry powder
- 3 counts, Chilis
- 2 cups, Lentils
- 1 dash, Fresh rosemary
- 1 dash, Ginger root

Directions:
- Pretty much I just boil all of this until the lentils are soft, but cook your rice in a separate pot. Lentils double in size, so use a big enough pot. Cumin is the only spice I don't think is "optional". If you have tomatoes, wait until the lentils are getting soft before you add them, they tend to cook down and lose their influence if you put them in too early.
- Serve over rice.
